Software training firm NIIT said on Friday its net profit for July-September rose 9%, aided by strong order intake. The company posted a profit of Rs 28.5 crore for the period, compared with Rs 26.2 crore a year earlier. Revenue fell 4 % to Rs 346 crore. Revenue for the year-ago quarter included an exceptional one-time pass through revenue of Rs 56 crore, chief execuitve Vijay Thadani said.
